Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Bharathidarsh Foundation, we are committed to supporting our mission through the generous contributions of our donors. We strive to ensure transparency and trust in all our interactions. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Donations and Contributions :
- All donations made to Bharathidarsh Foundation are considered final. Due to the nature of charitable contributions, donations are generally non-refundable.
- However, if you have made an error in the amount of your donation or any other details, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the transaction for assistance.
2. Event Registration and Ticketed Donations :
- If you have registered for an event or made a donation through ticketed participation, cancellations and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Refunds for cancellations requested within 7 days of the event may not be possible.
3. Membership and Subscription Donations :
- For any membership or recurring donation subscriptions, cancellation of future donations can be made by contacting us. Refunds for already-processed contributions may not be possible.
4. Request Process :
- To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at contact@bharathidarshfoundation.com with your donation details and reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days.
5. Discretionary Refunds :
- Bharathidarsh Foundation reserves the right to make discretionary exceptions to this policy based on circumstances. Our goal is to address any genuine concerns while preserving the integrity of our mission.
